About Pronet

As an ICT Technical Account Manager, the job holder will manage a portfolio of SME & Corporate customers that he/she will develop by performing technical sales analysis and presenting Pronet’s technical solutions to the addressable customers (private sector). He/she will achieve sales targets by addressing both existing and prospect customers with solutions that meet customer’s requirements and deliver profitable revenue; will have the opportunity to develop expertise in emerging technologies/services (cyberdefence, observability, modernize ICT) and work closely with an extended network of key customers.

As an ICT Technical Account Manager, the job holder will manage a portfolio of SME & Corporate customers that he/she will develop by performing technical sales analysis and presenting Pronet’s technical solutions to the addressable customers (private sector). He/she will achieve sales targets by addressing both existing and prospect customers with solutions that meet customer’s requirements and deliver profitable revenue; will have the opportunity to develop expertise in emerging technologies/services (cyberdefence, observability, modernize ICT) and work closely with an extended network of key customers.

What will you be doing

  • Perform daily visits (physical or digital) to investigate & analyze Customer’s needs to propose technical solutions that meets customer requirements,
  • Lead the commercial and technical discussion both with customers (CIO, IT Manager) and Pronet teams,
  • Quality documentation in solutions design for existing and prospect customers,
  • Response to RFPs, providing high level guidance and direction to project managers and solutions architects,
  • Liaise thoroughly with internal, but also external, if needed, business partners, to deliver flawless technical solutions,
  • Techno-economic studies ROI & TCO,
  • Achieve Sales Targets for new customer acquisition and existing customers’ development,
  • Earn customer loyalty by becoming the long-term contact of choice for the customer’s IT solutions lifecycle.

What will you bring

  • University Degree or similar
  • Previous working experience (3Y) in a similar position in an ICT Company, System Integrator or Telecommunications company,
  • Ability to understand the customer’s IT operational model and propose suitable solutions,
  • Experience in technical writing, both in Greek and English,
  • Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products,
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners,
  • Strong results orientation, attention to details, flexibility to work under tight timelines,
  • Good organizational skills,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Proficient in English language.
